Накопилось тут у меня за лето всяких разных путешествий. Покажу и вам несколько волшебных мест в одном из самых красивых уголков Англии. 

Land's End

Крайняя точка Англии. Следующая остановка от этого знака налево- Нью-Йорк. Ровно 3147 миль.

А вон тот паб на горизонте - "Первое и последнее место, где можно получить прохладительные напитки", как гласит вывеска. 

St Ives

Наверное один из самых моих любимых городков в этой части Англии. 

Маленький, компактый. Очень уютный. С милыми узкими улочками, полными маленьких магазинчиков и ресторанов. Но самое красивое тут- это пляжи. Невероятные сочетания цветов. Можно сидеть и часами пялиться на это чудо. 

Лодки туда-сюда возят пассажиров. Но есть тут один минус. Один такой жирный и наглый минус под названием баклано-чайки. Чайки разжиревшие до размера бакланов. Отожравшиеся на воровстве пирожков, кусков пиццы, фиш энд чипсов у зазевавшихся расслабленных туристов. Так что если решите поесть традиционного корнуольского мороженого- очень вам рекомендую забиться куда нибудь подальше от открытого доступа с неба. Эти гады пролетают на бреющем полете, прихватывая всю еду из ваших рук вместе с упаковкой :)

Старые заброшеные шахты и печи по добыче руды. Некоторые до сих пор открыты как музеи, и если вам нравятся игры с переодеваниями, то тут как раз можно переодется и притвориться рудокопом столетней давности  :)

Я немного (немного?!?) одержима дельфинами. И таки поймала двоих в кадр. 

И выводили меня под руки с насиженного места, потому что "ну сколько можно пялиться, неужели 40 минут не достаточно?!"

 Вокруг развалин живут очень милые и пугливые зайчики. Если будете там, не повторяйте моей ошибки- не вопите от восторга! Они больше ни за что к вам не выйдут :)

Ну и на прощание ящик вам с цветами, висящий прямо на стене, который поразил моё воображение. Такое возможно, наверное, только тут- в родных краях короля Артура и Мерлина (не Мэнсона).

Christmas trip to festive Brugge, Belgium

Well first of all- MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!  

Happy New Year to all of you guys and thanks for being with me all this year :D 

Hope you all have made your new years resolutions and ready for fresh start :) 

Aaanywaay! I have a new story to tell about one absolutely fabulous place in Europe. Fantastic and stunning and definitely must-see-at-Christmas-time Brugge, Belgium. 

It is the most beautiful Christmas market I have ever seen. Great architecture and of course the most tasty Belgian waffles :D

Very small town in Belgium, apparently one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. One of the top destinations for tourists. 

Medieval city is absolutely stunning especially with all those Christmas lights and

 decorations. 

Christmas Market on main square( Markt - Market Square ) in the centre of magical and Christmasy Brugge :)  

Don't really want to make this post too boring so not going to stuff it with any of historical information:)

 Just enjoy views and Christmacy mood 🎄🎅🎇 with me.

Helsinki -Moi Suomi!

One Day in Helsinki -Moi Suomi! 

Hello guys! Here we are again :) 

Thought I have to share with you some pictures from my last trip to Helsinki. Unfortunately it was very quick tip, just for a few hours and actually I was visiting my friend but luckily I had couple of hours to have a lovely walk in rainy Helsinki :) 

So I arrived on ferry Tallinn- Helsinki. Weather wasn't very welcoming but as they say-

 there is no bad weather, the thing is always in unsuitable clothes :P  

So I let you enjoy some pictures with maybe my little comments on these :) 

It was my first visit in last 3 years and I did missed this city. 

The first railway station in Helsinki was built in 1860, but it was rebuild again and particularly this one was opened in 1919 so it's nearly 100 years old!  

One of my favorite spots and main landmark in Helsinki city  -  Helsinki Cathedral. 

The church was originally built from 1830-1852 as a tribute to the Grand Duke of Finland, Tsar Nicholas I of Russia.

 It was also known as St Nicholas' Church until the independence of Finland in 1917.

Lovely detail - operating tram network, main transport in city centre. 

Beautiful scandinavian city. 

And of course cup of lovely coffee :)

Amazing Dartmoor . Haytor Rocks

Haytor Rocks. Dartmoor
National Park 

Absolutely stunning place with impressive history. 

There are lots of legends and ghost stories about Dartmoor. 

Dartmoor covers 954 km²

^{The entire area is rich in antiquities and archaeology.} 

^{This is very popular tourists destination with prehistoric}

 standing stones, stone circles, kistvaens, cairns and stone rows.

This amazing place was mentioned in quite a few great books as The Hound of the Baskervilles, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle,  The Adventure of Silver Blaze, R. D. Blackmore. In Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, the fictional 1994 Quidditch World Cup final between Ireland and Bulgaria was hosted on the moor.

It's a perfect place for a walk to relax after long week and just enjoy nature :)
